Our Audi Spare Parts Catalogue

We recommend to enter the VIN (17-digit vehicle identification number, also called chassis-number of your Audi, you find it in the documents or on the vehicle, then only parts will be displayed that fit into your Audi. On the picture you can find the spare part with the corresponding part number. Attention: If there is a 2 in the number, this does not mean that two pieces are hidden behind the part number, it means only that 2 pieces are installed in your Audi  at this point. You also have to order 2 pieces if you want to have 2 pieces (eg brake discs). After you have put together the shopping basket, you can go to the shop to order.


Which side of your Audi is the left side ?

The vehicle is always seen in the direction of travel, so the left is the driver's side.

Can I place an order by telephone?

No, orders can only be generated via the shop. If you have any technical questions or about the parts, please get in contact to our Audi-Parts-Manager.

If there are any questions about handling the shop or technical problems, please contact the Administrator.
 

How quickly will the goods be shipped?

We have more than 20,000 different positions here on site. Parts that are ordered that we do not have in stock will be ordered directly from the manufacturer. If the parts can be delivered there and have been ordered by 3 p.m., we will have them delivered overnight to the next day. For you, this means that if the order was placed by 3 p.m. and the order was also completed with PayPal, your order will be sent out the next day and should usually be delivered on the following day. Parts that the manufacturer does not have in stock must be procured elsewhere. This takes about 2-3 working days. If it should take longer, we will inform you about it. Your goods will only be sent with DPD and no other service provider, this also means that deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
 

How does the delivery work?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to check, and an email that your payment has been received, if everything has been checked by us and there are no further questions about the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as all the ordered parts are there and are in the shipping department, they are packed and a shipping label is generated, as soon as the label has been generated, you will receive another email with the tracking code when your package has been handed over to DPD. ATTENTION! The email with the tracking number comes from Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Please also look in the spam folder, as it can also be stored there by some e-mail accounts.
 

Can spare keys, airbags, seat belts, instrument clusters be ordered?

Yes, but only at specialist personnel / vehicle workshops with a certificate of expertise that such security-relevant and theft-relevant components can also be installed. For this we need a copy of the identity card and the vehicle registration, either by e-mail or by fax to +49 5175 30096-748.
 

Can replacement keys be ordered?

Yes, but we need a copy of the identity card of the customer and a copy of the vehicle ticket to Fax +49 5175 30096-777 or by pdf in our contact form.
